If you have never done an art journal, let me encourage you to try it!
This is such fun!
You can journal and make art at the same time.
Then you can go back, read and look at the art you produced over time.
A great way to see how you progress in journaling and in artl.
Sometimes a few words is all that is needed, but you are free to write and draw, paint, collage
with any pieces you like, do mixed media, photos, ephemera.....etc.  It's all yours so do as you wish!

Found the Dreaming with the Archangels and the Dream Journal in a thrifty store.
I redid the cover to suit myself.  Lots of pages and great pics in it.  Am having a
fun journey!  Sorry, but I can't reveal the dreams....at least not yet!

Surprise package of pieces of old lace, thread, bits and bobs I won from bumble button.blogspot.
In connection with The Legacy, a non-profit thrift store, that supports senior programs in
Sebastopol, CA, they sponsored a giveaway.  Requesting buttons for their shop, so that
when children come in, they get to choose buttons to take home with them. Anyway I won
the October button drawing!  Thanks to you all who sponsor and who support those who
need a little help!
