Snowman ornament swap

Here's the snowman I've been working on for the swap.
He's still not quite finished, but don't you think he's cute? You start out with three styrofoam balls...
Largest on bottom, then smaller as you go up! I used wooden skewers between each to help hold them
together and added some glue as well. When all that was dry I covered them all with molding paste, you
could use the snow texture, then sprinkled with glitter all over. His nose is a small piece of the skewer,
painted orange, glued into face. There are three buttons down his front, also glued on. His neck piece is
some silver garland. His hat is cone from paper. The eyes and mouth are applied with a piece of stiff wire
dipped in black acrylic paint. Still need arms and I need to glue on his hat and add the hanger. MORE to come!

So happy you found my site and joined because it led me to your site.
Your ornament is really cute. It sounds like you have enjoyed doing this.
I have to reread you profile to see where you live. I did see you work at the county library. Something I would love really love to do.
Take care
Maggie
I hope you entered my giveaway
